DARKNESS (Inclusion and Exclusion)

"DARK"

Whenever, I hear the word. My senses trembles, nerve get twisted, and the heart stops with fear. I remember the stories which my grandma tells, about "the dark and the world of evil". I get scared of things for no reason, but still my mind listens to her, why?

Is dark really the world of evil? What is evil? Does the word evil refer to the Ghost/Vampire/Satan/bad spirits? Even if such things exist, how can I see that in dark? And how these things got distinguished from each other i.e "the dark from the light"?

Bible says "In the beginning God created heaven and earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the spirit of God moved upon the faces of the water" (GEN Chap1:1-2).

There was only dark when God created the earth. And when He created the Light and divides it from the dark, the Light (Knowledge) became the curse for the mankind. The light started differentiating everything under the sun, where men are unable to classify things exactly according to its 'goodness/badness'. He started analyzing things using his knowledge and he finds it difficult to understand the world of darkness. In this way 'the dark' became evil to human understanding.

I wanted to ask myself (you) a serious question.

IS DARK EVIL?

If the answer is yes, then what kind of reason(s) I’m (you are) going to give for my further discussions.

Let me take the three important stages of life Birth, Sex and Death. Womb is the world of darkness where the child develops, the act of sex takes place in the dark, and finally the death takes us to the world of dark. So, in all these three stages can we say that dark plays an important role?

Now let me throw (literally) some light on those three stages. In birth light brings the question of legitimacy and illegitimacy of the child. The sexual act in the light (pornography) corrupts human mind. Unnatural death i.e suicide, murder etc takes place because of knowledge (I’m using the word knowledge in a broader sense). In all this case light corrupts.

Before asking you (others) to argue against the above stance, I conclude by saying that dark is divine. It shows no discrimination on any non/living things. Both men and women will identify each other through senses and not by the shape of the BODY. Also there won’t be any kind of difference between the "dark and white", "upper class/caste and lower class/caste". Thus dark includes while light excludes, and there is no need to get scared of dark which is divine.

We throw a smile, when people disagree with us..

Now-a-days I'm not bothered about the attendance in the class, still I try to be present in the class. I like a girl in my class who is extremely unique. I call her by the name 'Ms. Disagree', I know she is smart/brilliant etc, etc, but I wonder How can she always Disagree with people. In the beginning I thought she is genuine in Disagreeing with others. And now I found, she disagrees with others just for the sake of it.

Today, as usual the class was getting bored. And there was a discussion about the magazine. Everything was going fine but 'Ms. Disagree' didn't get a solution regarding the budget and other stuffs. She had her own plans and approach regarding the magazine and she was preparing to pass it on others. But others doesn't want to follow the bullshit which she was shitting in the class. Nobody spoke against her in the class. Because they don't want to give her a chance to 'Disagree' once again. Whatever the case it will be useless shouting at the wall, we realized. So we planned to throw a smile on her Disagreement(s).

22 January 20X

Hey guys.. Today is my friend Anu's Marriage..

I'll share some of the days experience. Hmm..
Today I reached the place around 11.20am, I was afraid that I would miss to see the Marriage Ceremony because in the invitation it was mentioned that the marriage would be at 11.30am. After lots of confusion (the route) I reached the place just 10mins before. But to my surprise nobody was there and the marriage started around 12.15pm. In the mean time I met my old friends and was chatting with them. I was also busy on call, guiding other friends to reach the place with lot of care, this made me feel as though I who is going to get married. And the marriage was totally a new experience for me as I never attended any Christian marriage before.

But more than the ceremony the person to whom I got attracted was "an old man". In this writing I cannot bring the pleasure which I experienced after meeting Him in the marriage hall. I guess He had about 80+ years of life's experience. His body was too weak to carry himself, He was in traditional dress with typical villagers looks. To me in the beginning He appeared as a person of less importance. Even the Grooms and Bride's parents were not there to welcome Him (they must have forgotten Him in that busy shedule of their childrens marriage). But I wonder what made the old man to take the effort to be there, in the Marriage Ceremony. If He doest wish the couple, wont they live happily everafter, I thought. Also I cursed the old man for His presence. Suddenly, I saw a small girl running towards the old man, calling Him as "Thatha". At that particular moment I also saw the wrinkles of the old man getting disappearing, His eye sight getting sharp recognizing the small girl, He was filled with lots of energy with love and happiness. He embraced the little girl and kissed her. The small girls look shook down my sense proudly saying "He is my thatha, who came down to see me". I was really touched by them.

Today, from that little girl I learned how important it is to bring the Old generation and the New one together in such ceremonies. The happiness among the relatives may bring good fortune and blessings for the Married couple.

After attending the marriage Im really longing for a Love cum Arranged Marriage...............:)
May God Bless the Couple.
With Love

I want to say..........

Ah- ah- I dont know what to say. You know we felt there is nothing between us when we met for the first time. And- and now Im feeling something different about you, something new. Everything looks different around me. The "Nothing"ness between us became some 'secrete' by itself.

Yes, It says 'only nothing remains forever in my life'

If- If I didn't meet you
If I didn't shake hands with you
If I didn't care for you
If I didn't say anything to you

Sooo, Here, I want to say something and I hope you'll say 'nothing' after listening to me.

Hmm.. Actual-ly What I want to say is?

I- I- I-

want to say

I mean to say

Ohhhhffff......

'nothing'

Difference

She and I were arguing about marriage. She said it should be in traditional way, I said it should be the rational way. Not only this there are so many things between us which never arrive at the point of conclusion. For an Instance, I like Black, she hates it. She likes city life but i hate it and the list goes on. Sometime I use to think, even she, 'Why not break the relationship? when the tastes are so different from one another, we are not fools to believe people saying "Opposite poles attract", damn those sayings, proverbs, quotes or whatever..

The days passed with lot of differences. Now we are almost 50yrs old in married relationship,. (smiling) Still we want to break the relation, but we cant live without each other. Not because we became old, but because we love our differences and still we are exploring it.

Anybody who reads this, just think about the life with same tastes among you and your patner. There wont be any adventure, finding out the other persons likes and dislikes. In that case life becomes monotonous, and there wont be any "MASALA" to spice up your bond.

I'll tell you an incident which made me realise the beauty of this difference.

In my young days once I took my wife to beach. It was a different experience between the four elements of the Earth (Land, Air, Water and Sky) in dark. The darkness kindled my poetic thought and I started comparing my wife to the moon. I started my poem by saying "Hey you standing on my right/High in the sky/What you are peeping at?/.............." She stopped me in the middle and she said 'the moon is on the leftside not on the right side'. She was correct and even I. Confusing na! Actually we were standing facing each other, which created that difference. Then I stood beside her and said "Hey you standing on my Left/High in the sky.........". She loved that moment embracing me with a lovely kiss.So start loving your differences with your patner, because that is the beauty of a relationship. And never quote my experience to others, because sooner they will come to know about this.........

Thank you..
